Early Edition began as an allover field of texture before shifting toward a more deliberate use of shape and line. This movement from intuitive surface to intentional structure marked a departure from my earlier work.

In retrospect, the layered blocks and linear interruptions recall the visual language of print media, including fragments, columns, and overlaps. This association became the conceptual foundation for what would evolve into the Editions Series.
